Metal Etched works
Initially, I was interested in the alchemy of working with steel and copper surfaces, etching images and allowing the oxidation process to influence outcomes. After 1991, I extended the process to include photographic etching and screen-printing.
My interest in these metal etching processes grew with the material because light and colour were reflected from these surfaces enhancing the architectural qualities of their surrounding environment.
